Most people think mindset is primarily “positive” thinking or “setting goals” and that that will get them the result. Every realtor we’ve ever come across, who was in a situation where they needed more income or when asked “what do you need more improvement in, answers with something like “if I could just get more leads, then I’d be fine.” Another popular variation of this problem is: “if I had more appointments…”
